Our people

Kainos Challenge to Change graduate receiving certificateOur people are our most important asset. We have dedicated trustees, patrons, staff and volunteers who make Kainos Community what it is today.

A career with Kainos is fulfilling, challenging and exciting.  We currently operate in HMP Haverigg (Cumbria) and are seeking to expand operations into the community, in partnership with our parent charity, Langley House Trust.

Every individual – staff or volunteer – is marked by their passion and commitment to making a difference to the lives of men who find themselves in the criminal justice system.
